When will my order arrive?
Your Memory Orb is prepared with care and usually arrives within 7 to 15 days. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link, so you can follow its journey right to your door. Ordered just in time for the holidays? We recommend ordering early, so your gift is safely under the tree.
Can I return my order?
Of course. You have 30 days to change your mind, as long as the product is still unopened. Because each orb can hold personal memories, we can only take back orbs that haven’t been opened yet. Just send us a message and we’ll help you with the return, quickly and without any hassle.
